DO NOT issue a Loan Estimate (LE) for this referred 2nd lien loan application. Certified Funding is going to prepare the 2nd lien LE. We need the following from you at a minimum:
(1) 1st lien combined 1003, 1008, & signed submission sheet!
(submission sheet links: Submission Form (Fill-In), or Secure Submission)
(2) Any other documents up front for a more complete approval!
Remember: 2nd lien fees CAN NOT be included on the 1st Lien LE or 1003!
